Kit Carrau is a Product Manager at Meta.

Kit is a product and technology leader with over fifteen years of experience building trusted digital platforms across generative AI, digital identity, collaboration, and fintech.

Kit has spent the past seven years at Meta, most recently working on privacy for generative AI. Prior to this, Kit helped build Teams at Stack Overflow, a collaborative tool for software teams to find answers to their questions.

Before that, Kit helped build Verify, a national digital identity platform that allowed people to prove who they are online to access government services, as part of the UK Government Digital Service. Kit began his career in tech as an engineer helping build WeSwap, a peer-to-peer currency exchange for travelers.
